What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate and manage projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Drive improvements in Customer Supply, Value Stream Optimization, and Operations Sustaining (RPM), prioritizing supply recovery for Cardiac Surgery.
• Manage operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as a liaison between planning, project teams, and line management.
• Oversee project budgets and schedules while preparing detailed status reports.
• Gather and manage requirements to ensure alignment with the demands of key stakeholders.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality to maximize supply health for patients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in quality or engineering.
• Alternatively, an Advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in quality or engineering.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience resolving backorders in complex supply chain environments.
• Project management expertise or certification.
• Lean/Six Sigma belt certification.
• Strong analytical and data processing skills to translate business goals into process outcomes.
