What you will do

  • Serve as the senior strategic lead and executive point of contact for high-value enterprise clients, managing relationships with C-suite and VP-level leadership.
  • Develop and lead long-term account strategies across the full programmatic stack, including CTV, OLV, display, native, and audio.
  • Own net revenue retention (NRR), account satisfaction, and identifying strategic growth opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
  • Operate as a player/coach, overseeing delivery quality and integrated work products across strategy, buying, creative, and analytics.
  • Lead executive-level conversations, including QBRs, annual planning, and renewal discussions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in agency client services, account leadership, or strategic account management with a focus on performance media.
  • Proven track record of owning enterprise client relationships and driving NRR and revenue expansion.
  • Fluency in major DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, or Xandr.
  • Expertise in programmatic media strategy across CTV, OLV, display, native, and audio.
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills for C-suite presentations.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the specified US states.
