Salary: 150,000 - 180,000 USD per year + variable compensation

What you will do

  • Manage and grow relationships with key pharmaceutical manufacturers and agency partners in assigned accounts.
  • Achieve sales goals through upselling, expansion, and identifying new opportunities within accounts.
  • Lead end-to-end sales process: craft proposals, negotiate pricing, deliver presentations, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback to refine tactics, track performance using CRM, and stay updated on products and industry trends.
  • Promote best practices and represent the company professionally externally.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in ad tech, data, or digital advertising sales.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital media (display, video, CTV), programmatic, and ad tech ecosystem (DSP, DMP, ad-serving, verification).
  • Experience working with healthcare/pharma marketers and agencies.
  • Proven track record exceeding quotas, strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and communication.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, with passion for targeted marketing tech and building in fast-paced environments.
