What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of CTV and premium digital publisher accounts, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding to strategic growth.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives, acting as a strategic advisor and advocate.
  • Identify new insights and revenue opportunities to increase publisher monetization and Index's share of voice.
  • Drive demand and performance by implementing optimization recommendations in partnership with clients.
  • Monitor daily performance and deliver regular insights through custom reporting and data analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute growth initiatives and align on partner goals and roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or digital media, preferably at an SSP.
  • Hands-on experience managing CTV and Streaming publishers is essential.
  • Deep understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, including RTB, ad serving, and media trading technologies.
  • Proven success managing senior client relationships with revenue-linked KPIs.
  • English proficiency is essential; Mandarin proficiency is preferred to support regional relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
