What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Set clear goals and foster a strong, collaborative team culture.
- Drive performance through structured follow-up and KPI management.
- Partner with Account Management, Sales, and Operations to identify commercial opportunities.
- Ensure high-quality inbound customer engagement and service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading teams within Inside Sales, B2B sales, or customer support.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English.
- Strong communication and people leadership skills with a focus on coaching.
- Ability to work with performance metrics and drive results through structured prioritization.
- Understanding of commercial workflows and sales processes.
Nice to have
- Experience in IT or tech sales environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk and Genesys.
