Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Nacka Strand, Sweden (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Set clear goals and foster a strong, collaborative team culture.
  • Drive performance through structured follow-up and KPI management.
  • Partner with Account Management, Sales, and Operations to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Ensure high-quality inbound customer engagement and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading teams within Inside Sales, B2B sales, or customer support.
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English.
  • Strong communication and people leadership skills with a focus on coaching.
  • Ability to work with performance metrics and drive results through structured prioritization.
  • Understanding of commercial workflows and sales processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience in IT or tech sales environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk and Genesys.
