TL;DR
Inside Sales (SaaS): Managing the full sales cycle to onboard SMB stores and retailers onto the platform with an accent on lead qualification, cold calling, and pipeline management. Focus on converting prospects through the SNAP sales methodology and ensuring seamless handovers to the Growth team.
Location: Hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden (up to 2 days per week from home)

What you will do
- Own the full sales process from initial outreach and lead qualification to closing deals.
- Connect with potential SMB partners via phone (50-60 calls/day), email, and social media.
- Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline using Salesforce to track opportunities.
- Guide new partners through registration and the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to ensure a seamless handover and partner success from day one.
- Apply the SNAP sales methodology to engage with a wide variety of businesses.
Requirements
- Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden to support the hybrid office model.
- Strong passion for sales and a drive to turn objections into successes.
- Resilience, curiosity, and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Active listening skills and the ability to handle objections creatively.
- Ability to manage high-volume outreach and maintain activity levels.

Hiring process
