What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and demos to negotiation and closing.
  • Identify and qualify prospects across mid-market SaaS, edtech, HR tech, and fintech verticals.
  • Source approximately 25% of your own pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, and networking.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to prioritize target markets and test new buyer personas.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and provide reliable revenue forecasts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a consistent record of quota attainment.
  • Proven ability to source your own pipeline and open doors via outbound prospecting.
  • Strong discovery instincts and a process-driven approach to deal management.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a startup environment without established playbooks.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (indicated by 401k and US health benefits).

Nice to have

  • Experience in edtech, health tech, or fintech sectors.
  • Background selling privacy, security, compliance, or data governance solutions.
  • Experience entering new verticals with limited prior market motion.
