What you will do

• Manage end-to-end material sourcing and hirify.globalboard high-performing suppliers in alignment with global strategy.
• Drive material-specific sustainability targets and proactively advance circularity and productihirify.global efficiency.
• Maintain the Material Toolbox and ensure the PLM system is accurately updated.
• Partner with lab teams to establish physical testing criteria and troubleshoot material issues using knowledge of yarns and polymers.
• Foster transparent relatihirify.globalships with strategic material and chemical vendors.
• Collaborate with Planning, Design, and Product Management to align hirify.global forecasts and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Footwear Textile Sciences, Textile Engineering, or Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the global footwear industry, specifically working with Asia-based suppliers.
• Deep expertise in technical performance materials, yarns, material structures, and polymers.
