TL;DR

Client Partner - Healthcare: Drive new business growth across pharma, life sciences, healthcare providers, and healthcare technology by originating, closing, and expanding high-value consulting and delivery engagements. With an accent on leveraging existing network and consultative sales approach. Focus on owning end-to-end sales cycles, building executive relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor.

Location: Leadership Remote (United States)

Salary: $80,000 – $150,000 annually

What you will do

  • Originate new business opportunities using your healthcare network across pharma, life sciences, providers, and tech companies.
  • Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through negotiation, close, and account expansion.
  • Sell hirify.global' IP, consulting, engineering, and delivery services to address business-critical healthcare challenges.
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify follow-on opportunities and grow accounts in partnership with delivery teams.
  • Operate as a revenue partner earning commissions on originated and closed deals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise sales, consulting sales, or client partnership in healthcare or life sciences
  • Strong active network of senior decision-makers (C-suite, VPs, Heads of Digital/Technology/Transformation)
  • Proven track record sourcing and closing net-new healthcare business
  • Consultative sales skills focused on business value and outcomes
  • Experience carrying quotas and closing multi-six- to seven-figure deals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate independently
