What you will do

  • Grow and develop a team of Regional Channel Managers to support strategic external partnerships.
  • Build and execute channel strategies by segment and geography, setting milestones and measuring performance.
  • Develop and ensure successful execution of business plans with each partner.
  • Define mutual goals and objectives to build awareness of alliance benefits.
  • Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to resolve partner issues.
  • Drive a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Channel Sales or Channel Management within the HCM industry.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated success in producing measurable results in influenced revenue.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 15% of the time.
