What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for new logo acquisition, with deal sizes typically ranging from CHF 300K to CHF 2M+ ARR.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities across private banks and asset managers, primarily in the DACH region.
- Develop deep relationships with decision-makers at the C-suite, CTO, CIO, and Head of Wealth Management level.
- Partner with pre-sales and product specialists to deliver compelling, client-specific demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Contribute to shaping the go-to-market strategy, competitive positioning, and pricing.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and feed market intelligence back to the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a track record of closing complex deals in financial services technology.
- Deep knowledge of the wealth or asset management industry, including regulatory landscapes (MiFID II, FIDLEG).
- Existing network of senior relationships at private banks or asset managers in Switzerland and/or DACH.
- Proven ability to run consultative, value-based sales processes with cycles of 6–18 months.
- Fluent in German and English.
- CFA or equivalent certification.
Nice to have
- Experience selling portfolio management, risk analytics, or compliance technology platforms.
- Familiarity with structured products workflows or front-office advisory tooling.
- Professional background in wealth management or private banking prior to moving into sales.
