What you will do

  • Hunt for new business through cold calls and emails to book demos with prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads and align customer needs with the appropriate Lightspeed solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor to high-value clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals rapidly to drive revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to streamline customer experience.
  • Manage the sales pipeline within the CRM and hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold-calling and lead generation.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential for communication.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain motivation to hit targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of closing deals.
  • Resilience in the face of rejection and a collaborative team-player mindset.
