What you will do

• Oversee Spanish accounting, tax, and compliance functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Supervise accounting operations of international subsidiaries and lead group consolidation in NetSuite.
• Develop and manage financial forecasting and budgeting models for strategic planning.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
• Partner with project and product leaders to deliver P&L reporting and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal consultants across different jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax regulations.
• Experience managing international entities and multi-company consolidations.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-growing international or tech-driven companies.
• Background in SaaS, digital products, or project-based environments.
• CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
