What you will do

• Coordinate payroll inputs and support monthly execution for Spain and France.
• Manage supplier payments, credit lines, and operational disbursements.
• Supervise general ledger reconciliation in coordination with external accountants.
• Monitor company budget, cost control initiatives, and financial performance.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and financial models.
• Ensure compliant contract management and support operational efficiency projects.

Requirements

• Must be currently pursuing a degree or have recently graduated in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 or higher).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Holded or similar ERP systems.
