What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations across multiple onshore and offshore legal entities.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting for management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate audits, compliance processes, and manage external accounting providers.
• Support treasury operations, focusing on multi-currency and crypto-fiat flows.
• Manage vendor selection and relationships across various jurisdictions.
• Mentor and lead a small distributed finance team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in both Web2 finance operations and Web3/crypto environments (both mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards (GAAP US/Swiss).
• Proven experience managing finance across international, multi-jurisdictional, and offshore structures.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA, CIMA) is strongly preferred.
