What you will do

• Lead day-to-day regional AP operations across US, Spain, UK, and LATAM, providing coaching and support to the team.
• Manage the full P2P lifecycle, including weekly and monthly AP runs and payment operations.
• Partner with Procurement to design scalable Purchase Order workflows in Coupa.
• Govern corporate and virtual card programs, ensuring policy compliance and accurate coding.
• Oversee month-end close procedures, including accruals, reconciliations, and AP Aging reports.
• Implement and enforce AP policies to support SOX compliance and mitigate financial risk across jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience operating in multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
• Working knowledge of indirect tax concepts (VAT) and withholding tax principles.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa and NetSuite (or similar ERP/P2P tools).
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.

• Experience supporting regional SaaS or high-growth organizations.
• Exposure to international indirect tax compliance (VAT, GST, WHT).
• Experience implementing AI-driven AP solutions such as OCR and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Treasury operations and DPO optimization strategies.
