What you will do

• Provide expert coaching and direction for critical technical escalations.
• Drive the development and rollout of new products and services, including beta testing and knowledge transfer.
• Define and execute technical solutions across competences to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate customer engagements and lead technical projects with small engineering teams.
• Establish best practices for knowledge exchange and operational excellence across sectors.
• Consult on customer demos and anticipate system design sensitivities through data analysis.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in a technical field with substantial industry experience.
• Relevant experience in an IC manufacturing environment or research institute.
• Strong background in lithography, patterning, overlay, imaging, or metrology.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Experience in a customer-facing or support role.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
