What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of selected customers and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Provide expert advisory services to ensure customers achieve full value from products.
- Drive product adoption and collaborate internally to mitigate renewal risks.
- Lead periodic customer calls and manage expectations regarding service scope.
- Monitor and update customers on unresolved technical support cases and incidents.
- Proactively communicate new releases and end-of-life (EOL) updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field.
- 3-4 years of professional work experience in a technical environment.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux, and network architecture.
- English: B2 level required.
- Italian: Native level required.
- High analytical skills and structured approach to work.
