Location: Must be based in North Italy (Remote)

What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners including VARs, system integrators, and MSPs.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle from lead generation and contract negotiation to performance optimization.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing campaigns to drive partner-led sales.
  • Conduct market research to target high-potential partners aligned with the SaaS portfolio.
  • Track partner performance using KPIs such as pipeline generation and revenue attribution.
  • Build relationships with partner executives through regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B solution sales to large accounts as a hunter.
  • Native Italian and good English language skills are required.
  • Proven track record in managing the full sales cycle from acquisition to deal closing.
  • Experience in selling Mobile Applications, SaaS, or EMM/MDM solutions is a strong asset.
  • Must be able to work remotely from a dedicated home office with reliable internet.
  • Valid driver’s license for frequent local travel is required.
