What you will do

  • Drive and orchestrate large, complex sales cycles to serve customers and increase company revenue.
  • Utilize consultative selling to identify business challenges and create tailored solutions for prospects.
  • Position the hirify.global portfolio effectively by analyzing the competitive landscape and customer needs.
  • Create detailed territory plans and maintain accurate sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and channel partners to execute a channel-centric go-to-market approach.
  • Monitor industry news and trends to align product offerings with evolving customer requirements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with SaaS-based architectures, ideally within the networking or security industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in selling complex solutions using value selling and consultative techniques.
  • Technical aptitude to understand how technology products solve specific business problems.
  • In-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle and adherence to structured sales processes.
  • Ability to work with high levels of autonomy and manage time effectively.
