Academy Leader (AI)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work model.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 gross annually for New York; compensation for other locations is discussed during the interview process. Bonus and performance-based incentives may apply.

What you will do

• Deliver multi-week onboarding programs for SDRs and AEs, covering prospecting, cold calling, objection handling, discovery, value selling, negotiation, and closing.
• Optimize time to ramp by tracking foundational pipeline milestones and administering certifications, pitch checks, system dry-runs, and mock discoveries.
• Coordinate continuous learning on advanced discovery, competitive intelligence, macroeconomic selling, product releases, technical updates, and industry trends.
• Maintain sales playbooks, messaging guides, sequence templates, discovery assets, and learning content repositories.
• Track learner engagement, completion rates, assessment scores, and the effect of enablement programs on CRM and pipeline metrics.
• Coach sales representatives through call calibration, feedback on recorded calls and emails, and regular alignment with SDR and AE leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated Training & Development or Learning & Development experience, preferably in a fast-growing technology, biotech, or corporate environment.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs across distributed teams in both U.S. and European markets.
• Strong needs-assessment, relationship-building, facilitation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning theory, LMS platforms, micro-learning tools, and digital adoption platforms.
• Fluent written and verbal English is required.
• Role based in New York with a hybrid work model.

• Experience in Healthtech, life sciences, or AI-driven companies.
• Experience scaling Learning & Development initiatives from scratch during hypergrowth.
• Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem and Google Workspace.
