Senior Director, Global Enablement (AI)

Location: Remote - USA

Base salary: $225,700–$324,500 USD per year, plus potential bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Set the global enablement strategy and lead directors, managers, and teams across field, technical, onboarding, certification, customer success, and partner enablement.
• Build role-based learning paths and certification programs for AEs, SDRs, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, sales leaders, and channel partners.
• Own in-person onboarding bootcamps, new-hire programs, regional workshops, launch events, and field enablement programs.
• Develop an AI-first, just-in-time enablement engine using AI role play, AI coaching, workflow guidance, and automated reinforcement.
• Partner with Product and Product Marketing on launch readiness and help the field sell and support a multi-product platform.
• Measure enablement impact through ramp time, certification quality, behavior change, multi-product attach, pipeline, and revenue outcomes while managing resources, capacity, budget, and technology.

Requirements

• 12+ years of sales, technical, or GTM enablement experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• At least 6 years of people leadership experience, including multiple managers or directors across a global organization spanning North America, EMEA, and APJ.
• Experience scaling enablement for multiple field roles and supporting a transition from a single product to a multi-product platform.
• Experience designing role-based certifications, in-person onboarding bootcamps, partner and channel enablement, and product launch readiness programs.
• Demonstrated application of AI to enablement, including AI role play, AI coaching, or just-in-time learning.
• Strong communication, facilitation, measurement, and executive influence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Highspot, Gong, Glean, Articulate Rise, or Synthesia.
• Background in cybersecurity or another technical, enterprise-focused category.
• Experience consolidating or migrating enablement technology stacks and LMS platforms.
