What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of Account Directors, Managers, and Executives in the UK and global hubs.
• Act as a point of escalation and strategic advisor for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive operational efficiency by implementing process improvements and managing resource capacity.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve joint business plans with key partners like Google and Microsoft.
• Ensure high-quality output and adherence to governance standards across all paid search campaigns.
