What you will do

• Manage project financial performance and coordinate functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Advise business stakeholders on initiative feasibility, MVP decomposition, release planning, solution options, and capacity utilization.
• Manage tribe ideation, scoping, backlog, and capacity planning with business and product owners, solution designers, and vendors.
• Oversee technology development and enhancement initiatives and ensure the tribe can meet current and future requirements.
• Monitor procedures and controls to ensure functional requirements, service quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience managing complex projects and product development.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience managing resources with diverse skill sets for agile delivery.
• Experience collaborating with diverse business and IT teams.
• Background in IT, computer science, software engineering, enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, product design, or related functions.
