Focus on designing calibration sessions, coaching leaders on performance assessment, and translating business priorities into actionable talent strategies.

Location: Onsite in Highland Heights, KY

What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate succession planning across the North American region.
  • Own the annual performance and talent review processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
  • Design and facilitate calibration sessions to ensure fair and consistent talent evaluations.
  • Coach leadership on assessing employee performance and potential.
  • Develop and implement programs to accelerate the growth of high-potential talent.
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to define and build future workforce capabilities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years specifically in talent management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Highland Heights, KY.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data storytelling and insights.
  • Experience with performance management systems or LMS platforms (Workday preferred).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
