Project Leader (New Product Introduction): Leading new product introduction projects and managing the transfer of product designs from R&D into mass manufacturing with an accent on industrialization, cost optimization, and production readiness. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Kitchener, ON, Canada (Hybrid role).
Salary: $73,600 – $96,000 annually.

What you will do
- Lead project planning and execution for new product introductions and manufacturing changes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Manage the design transfer of components and products into mass manufacturing.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective industrialization of products and processes.
- Drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and change management processes.
- Monitor project progress and provide reporting across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electronics, mechanical, mechatronics, or related).
- Experience in product development, electronics manufacturing, and project management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrialization.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Must have reliable internet connectivity (min 200Mb/sec download, 10Mb/sec upload) for hybrid work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- Certifications in Project Management or Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience with medical devices or regulated industries.
- Experience with embedded software and testing processes.
- Knowledge of SAP and engineering tools (PDM, Windchill).
