Salary: CAD 160,000 – 200,000

What you will do

• Create and execute project schedules for hardware development, ensuring alignment with design and verification requirements.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and manage project risks.
• Track and report on development milestones and weekly progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate prototype hardware builds and manage supplier purchase orders.
• Identify potential issues and develop proactive mitigation plans.
• Lead post-mortem reviews to capture insights and improve future project execution.

Requirements

• B.Eng. or B.Sc. in a technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science or related).
• 5–10 years of hardware project or product management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on relationship building.
• Proficiency in project planning tools such as MS Project and Excel.

Nice to have

• M.Sc. in a technical field.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Familiarity with Confluence and Jira.
• Agile project management experience.
