TL;DR

Sr / Principal Beauty & Luxury CPG Industry Business Impact Lead (AI): Driving long-term value realization and strategic account development for Fortune 500 clients in the Beauty & Luxury CPG vertical with an accent on executive alignment and AI solution translation. Focus on converting app usage into measurable business impact and positioning Aily as a strategic partner in the client’s decision ecosystem.

Location: Hybrid setup with 2–3 days per week in the NYC office

Salary: $180,000 – $225,000 per year

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted partner and AI advisor to C-level leaders at Fortune 500 companies to champion value delivery.
  • Translate beauty and luxury CPG industry challenges into AI solutions to achieve measurable business value.
  • Coordinate cross-account efforts and partner with Account Executives to drive renewals and expansion.
  • Develop executive champions and embed AI into governance forums and performance discussions.
  • Map industry value chains and economics to identify high-impact decision moments.
  • Lead large-scale adoption and advocacy initiatives to champion ROAI.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Beauty or Luxury CPG industries with deep understanding of industry economics.
  • Proven track record working with Fortune 500 clients in the same vertical.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build lasting C-level relationships.
  • Accountability for value realization and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in complex enterprise environments.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the NYC office on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

  • Background in strategy consulting or customer success.
  • MBA or related academic experience.
  • AI-savvy mindset with experience applying AI to business challenges.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Experience mentoring or scaling small teams.
