What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from onboarding and implementation to renewals and expansion.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives (CFO, CIO, CHRO, CDO) to align platform capabilities with long-term business priorities.
  • Lead outcome-driven Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to articulate business value and influence investment decisions.
  • Drive measurable ROI and platform adoption by monitoring usage and deploying targeted action plans to protect renewals.
  • Identify and drive platform expansion opportunities, specifically integrating AI use cases across Finance, Supply Chain, and Workforce functions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partners to build pipeline within existing accounts and mitigate renewal risks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, presales, or management consulting.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in either FP&A or Supply Chain Planning.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Enterprise Planning & Analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, operations, or supply chain (MBA or CA is a plus).
  • Must be located in New York, United States.
