What you will do

• Oversee gift processing and record-keeping for US private gifts to ensure high quality and efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with global financial, legal, PCI, and internal IT audit standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 professionals to maintain high performance and team spirit.
• Establish and improve standard workflows to optimize data flow between internal and external systems.
• Partner with Global Controllership (Finance) to align donor intent with programmatic allocation and financial reconciliation.
• Manage and optimize relationships with external gift processing vendors.

Requirements

• 6+ years of direct experience with gift processing in a medium to large non-profit organization.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience leading a team.
• Proven experience with Salesforce or an equivalent modern CRM.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office; experience with SQL queries is a plus.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for the posted compensation and benefits.
• Deep knowledge of PII security, privacy compliance, and legal regulations related to non-profit fundraising.
