Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead and scale a high-performing frontend engineering team.

• Collaborate on platform strategy within a stack including Node.js, AWS, and Terraform.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager.
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Ability to work onsite in Leeds 2 days per week.
• Experience managing stakeholders and external partners.
• Enthusiasm for and experience working with AI tools.
• Natural leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and collaboration.
