TL;DR

What you will do

  • Define and communicate technical vision, architecture best practices, and decisions on emerging technologies.
  • Act as trusted advisor to CIOs/CTOs, leading workshops and translating business needs into strategies.
  • Oversee project execution for quality, scalability, and maintainability while monitoring risks.
  • Lead team staffing, mentorship, and culture of excellence.
  • Manage financials, resource allocation, and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to thought leadership via open-source, speaking, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Based in the UK for this remote role.
  • 15+ years technical leadership in consulting, SaaS, or digital transformations.
  • Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud, modern practices, AI, databases, distributed systems.
  • Track record guiding high-impact projects, pre-sales, discovery, solution design.
  • Strong communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Consultative mindset, stakeholder management, team leadership experience.
