Location: Must be based in the USA or Canada. Remote-first environment with travel required (approximately 25% to 50% of the time).

What you will do

  • Own the technical sales cycle from discovery and requirements gathering through demo delivery and RFP responses.
  • Build and deliver tailored, configured product demonstrations that connect platform capabilities to specific utility pain points.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers, addressing complex technical queries and architecture needs.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to design practical solutions and move deals forward.
  • Support technical proposals and system architecture documentation.
  • Represent the company at field marketing events, conferences, and regional trade shows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience demoing and selling SaaS solutions to utilities in North America.
  • Deep knowledge of utility software, including Customer Information Systems (CIS), Customer Self-Service, Mobile Field Service, and Asset Management.
  • Familiarity with the broader utility software ecosystem (ERP, SCADA, OMS, AMI, MDM).
  • Solid understanding of utility operations across electric, water, wastewater, gas, broadband, and sanitation.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills for both technical engineers and C-suite executives.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% to 50% of the time.
