Sales Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Must be based in Belgium (Remote or Hybrid in Brussels, Ghent, or Antwerp).

What you will do

• Support the sales team by providing technical insights, expertise, and tools to address prospect needs.
• Assess functional alignment between prospect requirements and platform capabilities.
• Participate in and coordinate complex RFP submissions in collaboration with internal experts.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence the platform roadmap and product development.
• Prepare and coordinate complex customer onboardings to ensure a delightful experience.
• Collaborate with international peers to share best practices and build a global pre-sales playbook.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Fluent in Dutch OR French (written and verbal).
• Experience in end-to-end procurement projects (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
• Ability to handle complex stakeholder management and objection handling.
• Strong analytical skills to identify product gaps and define solutions.

Nice to have

• Fluency in both Dutch AND French.
• Experience in Insurance or Health platforms.
• Experience with HRIS or Payroll solutions.
