Location: Must be based in or near Breukelen, Netherlands. The role is hybrid with in-office attendance required 2 days per week and involves on-site client visits.

What you will do
- Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations for complex, multi-product solutions.
- Analyze customer needs and provide expert recommendations as an ERP subject matter expert.
- Create and support bid proposals while identifying additional sales opportunities.
- Act as the primary technical resource for complex client requests and sales support escalations.
- Mentor and coach the European Sales Engineering team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure technical integrity and consistency across all active sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English and Dutch required (Spanish, French, or German are a plus).
- Proven experience in IT project management, consulting, and solution implementation.
- Ability to manage complex supply chain sales cycles with high impact and credibility.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adjust tone and engage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership, relationship-building, and self-driven initiative.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in CPG, Retail, or Supply Chain sectors.
- Knowledge of e-Invoicing solutions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
