What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise executives and stakeholders to understand and achieve their objectives.
• Develop consultative strategies to improve customer SAT program maturity and foster a sustainable security culture.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including account configuration, product training, and initial phishing campaigns.
• Monitor customer health metrics and conduct periodic business and strategic reviews to ensure value delivery.
• Collaborate with Renewal Specialists to coordinate subscription renewals and identify opportunities for add-ons and upgrades.
• Coordinate with technical support to resolve complex issues for enterprise-level accounts.

Requirements

• Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa
• Experience managing enterprise accounts with 1000+ employees and complex IT systems.
• Proven ability to communicate and maintain professional composure with high-level executives.
• Familiarity with standard concepts and procedures within the IT Security field.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (or other CRM), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager and SACP Certification.
