What you will do

• Expand footprint in existing accounts via cross-sell and upsell opportunities, building multi-offer proposals and managing executive relationships.
• Maintain weighted pipeline coverage ≥3x quarterly target, driving late-stage progression and conversions.
• Lead sales pursuits, ensuring eligibility packs, compliance, and internal collaboration on strategic opportunities.
• Mentor Junior BDMs on opportunity creation, meeting discipline, and CRM hygiene.
• Enforce CRM standards and report on KPIs.

Requirements

• Matric Certificate required; Degree in Sales/Marketing or Business Management preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in ICT sales with proven track record in solution selling.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of ICT sales strategy, including Cybersecurity.
