Location: Hybrid (10+ days per month in-office), specifically focused on South Africa and the African market

What you will do

  • Drive the success of clients and partners across South Africa and the broader African region.
  • Develop payment and digital asset custody solutions and promote the adoption of RLUSD.
  • Create strategic account plans, manage contract renewals, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead customer-facing delivery for both business and technical work-streams in coordination with the CPE team.
  • Act as the primary voice of the customer within hirify.global to influence product development and strategy.
  • Collaborate across virtual execution teams including Product, Sales, Business Development, and Legal.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of customer-facing experience in financial institutions, FinTech, or crypto organizations.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is considered a bonus.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and cross-border payments infrastructure.
  • Experience working in or with African financial markets is highly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in multi-stakeholder management within complex corporate environments.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote, distributed, and fast-paced environment.
