What you will do
- Expand footprint in existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities and building multi-offer proposals.
- Maintain weighted pipeline coverage ≥3x quarterly target and drive late-stage progression to wins.
- Lead sales pursuits, ensure compliance, and collaborate on strategic opportunities.
- Mentor Junior BDMs on opportunity creation, meeting discipline, and CRM hygiene.
- Enforce CRM standards and report on KPIs.
Requirements
- Matric Certificate required; Degree in Sales/Marketing or Business Management preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in ICT sales with proven track record in solution selling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of ICT sales strategy, including Microsoft 365.
