What you will do

• Drive revenue growth for the Network Operations Centre (NOC) and related infrastructure support offerings.
• Expand footprint in existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain a weighted pipeline coverage of at least 3x the quarterly target.
• Lead sales pursuits, manage executive-level relationships, and ensure compliance.
• Coach and mentor Junior BDMs on opportunity creation and CRM hygiene.
• Enforce in-house CRM standards and report on key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in South Africa
• Matric Certificate.
• 5+ years of experience in ICT sales with a proven track record in solution selling.
• Strong understanding of ICT sales strategy and Network Management Services.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
