What you will do
- Develop and manage strategic partner relationships (existing and new) across the SADC region, specifically in South Africa.
- Build and execute joint business plans to hit revenue and profitability targets.
- Enable partners to leverage ' MDR, MSP, and next-gen security portfolios to improve customer protection.
- Support partners in qualifying and closing complex customer deals, engaging wider sales and technical teams.
- Manage joint business reviews and define SMART goals and KPIs for partner performance.
- Coordinate with internal product management, marketing, and support resources to meet partner expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of evidenced experience in channel sales and territory management within the networking or security sectors.
- Legal authorization to work in South Africa is mandatory.
- Extensive knowledge of the partner landscape in South Africa and the SADC region.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful business and marketing plans.
- Strong technical acumen in cybersecurity and expertise in account management techniques.
- Willingness to travel locally (Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg) and occasionally internationally.

- Proficiency with tools such as PowerBI, Clari, SFDC, and AI programs like Co-pilot.
