What you will do

• Develop and execute joint business plans with distributors to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Enable and motivate distributors to onboard and certify partners, focusing on sub-100 user businesses.
• Drive high renewal rates and identify cross-sell opportunities using renewal reports.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to track performance against goals.
• Optimize stocking levels and manage credit risk in coordination with the Finance team.
• Collaborate with the MSP team to recruit and transition resellers to the MSP model.
