What you will do

• Conduct structured audits of GTM maturity, sales execution, and operational readiness in assigned markets.
• Develop prioritized recommendations to fix, build, or scale strategies for growth.
• Lead hands-on execution and cross-functional coordination to unblock scaling challenges.
• Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to improve funnel performance and GTM processes.
• Support market entry and expansion initiatives, including geographic expansions.
• Maintain playbooks and best practices to enable local teams to execute independently.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in international go-to-market, growth, or consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of sales motions, funnel dynamics, and GTM execution in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than authority.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience in early and growth stage startups.
• Proficiency in any European language.
• AEC domain experience.
