What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic annual event calendar aligned with product launches and business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, speaker management, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure events support regional business goals.
• Oversee event communications, registration, and post-event follow-up activities.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and event partners.
• Support C-level advisory boards by coordinating agendas and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, communications, or event management.
• At least five years of experience in event management, preferably in B2B or technology.
• Proven track record in organizing customer-focused events and executive-level meetings.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and German.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
