What you will do

  • Develop deep customer and market intelligence to identify commercial opportunities and unmet needs.
  • Create and maintain clear product positioning, value propositions, and customer-led narratives across the portfolio.
  • Lead go-to-market activities, including the creation of sales enablement materials, launch briefs, and product pages.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape product pricing, packaging, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Optimize customer journeys to improve awareness, onboarding, adoption, and retention.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to inform strategic positioning and go-to-market decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in product marketing, GTM, or commercial strategy, ideally within SaaS or digital products.
  • Proven ability to translate technical product details into clear, compelling customer language.
  • Expertise in shaping pricing and packaging for commercial launches.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across product, sales, and marketing functions.
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for productivity and ability to position AI-driven features to the market.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B, EdTech, or payments sectors.
  • Background in building voice-of-customer or feedback programs.
  • Experience with digital content platforms and adoption programs.
