Location: Must be based in Israel or have sponsorship to live and work in Israel. This is a hybrid role based in Tel Aviv, with the expectation to be in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Lead within an agile team to design and implement complex product features end-to-end.
• Break down customer requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.
• Design for horizontal scalability to support a growing customer base.
• Expand Android threat detection capabilities to cover new attack vectors.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to cross-functional stakeholders including Product and Cloud teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Israel or have valid work authorization/sponsorship.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing enterprise-grade software.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java, SpringBoot, and multithreading.
• Experience working within an agile organization.
• Understanding of build systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• General experience in performance and load testing.
• Apple platform experience.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
