Senior Software Engineer (Mobile Forensics)

Location: Hybrid role based in Tel Aviv, Israel, with office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Applications are accepted from candidates based in Israel or with sponsorship to live and work in Israel.

What you will do

• Lead within an agile engineering team, mentor colleagues, and own complex product areas end to end.
• Design and implement horizontal scalability for hirify.global Mobile Forensics as the customer base grows.
• Expand Android threat detection across a broader range of attack vectors.
• Break customer problems into executable work and independently deliver high-quality software.
• Design new and existing features and communicate technical concepts to Technical Communication, Support, Product, and Cloud stakeholders.
• Apply engineering best practices to solve complex problems and improve product quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing enterprise-grade software.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with the programming languages and tools required for the position.
• Experience with testing and quality assurance processes, enterprise-level software, and agile organizations.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Understanding of build systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo, along with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience; bachelor's degree is preferred.

• General experience with application performance and load testing.
• Experience working with Apple platforms.
