What you will do

• Identify, scope, and lead large-scale technical projects to build performant and reliable systems.
• Drive a portfolio of complex, multi-quarter initiatives across product areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with long-term technical strategy.
• Champion engineering excellence by improving processes, methodologies, and technical practices.
• Mentor engineers and resolve technical conflicts to elevate organizational performance.
• Make strategic decisions that balance immediate execution with long-term system success.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Over 10 years of industry experience with deep expertise in technical areas like databases, distributed systems, or APIs.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and improve organizational processes.
• Mastery in system design and software architecture.
• Extensive experience building user-facing SaaS products for startup and enterprise users.
• Strong leadership and mentorship experience with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI integration to improve efficiency and product impact.
• Background in security or compliance-related software.
