What you will do

  • Guide new clients through onboarding, including account setup, services explanation, and documentation collection.
  • Coordinate client review meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Process client transactions in collaboration with custodians, brokerage firms, and internal teams.
  • Maintain and update accurate client profiles and interaction records within the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through timely reporting.
  • Provide administrative support, including office organization and filing.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Franklin, TN.
  • 2+ years of experience in wealth management service business (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive personnel and financial data.
  • Ability to perform business travel up to 25%.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Orion, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or Raymond James.
