Location: Must be able to work a 10 AM - 7 PM CST shift with rotating Saturdays

What you will do

• Review and verify applicant personal and financial records according to company policies and underwriting guidelines.
• Inspect loan applications for fraudulent activity and evaluate them against lending standards.
• Engage with dealer partners via phone, text, and email to increase monthly funded loan counts.
• Explain loan decisioning, regression models, and decline reasons to dealer partners.
• Provide onboarding support to new dealers on platform usage and contract structuring.
• Coordinate with consumers regarding missing stipulations and application handoffs.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in Loan Underwriting or Processing.
• Previous experience in Sales and/or Customer Service, preferably in auto or powersports.
• Thorough understanding of DTI, PTI, and LTV ratios.
• Ability to read and analyze paystubs, 1099, W2, 1040, and bank statements.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets, and proprietary LOS tools.
