What you will do

• Own and coordinate institutional client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for GSAM Operations.
• Manage account setup and operational information flow across multi-disciplined teams prior to trading activity.
• Liaise with custodians and prime brokers to establish connectivity and operational flows.
• Oversee accounting data accuracy and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Monitor operational metrics, reconcile cash and positions, and remediate exceptions.
• Develop technological solutions and apply process reengineering to improve system architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dallas, TX.

Nice to have

• 3-5 years of experience in Operations or the Financial Services industry.
